Manufacturing Supervisor
About the Position-
FlexTrades is currently seeking skilled Machine Shop Production Supervisors for our client in Central Minnesota. We are seeking individuals with an understanding of CNC milling & turning operations, proven leadership abilities, and previous experience supervising others. This is a Machine Shop with a great culture of adopting change & evolving with their customers' needs. You'd be responsible for understanding prints & drawings, understanding machining needs, workflow, labor resources, process improvements, training, and conflict-resolution efforts, to name a few. This is a low-volume, high-mix environment, machining large parts for power transmission products. This is a direct-hire/permanent role, requiring a phone screening, video interview, and in-person interview.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
